ブログのしゅくだい: due 4/3 げつようび

もうすぐ(soon) イースターの やすみですね。しゅうまつの ブログのしゅくだいです。Please choose A (writing) or B (listening), or complete both if you like! Please include visual information!

A: Writing HW 

1. しゅうまつに なにを しましたか? よく しゅうまつに なにを しますか? What did you do over the weekend? What do you often do? Write about your weekend activities. 
  • Use both present and past tense verbs.
  • Write longer sentences by using various particles and adverbs (よく、ときどき、あまり、ぜんぜん).
  • Use それから、でも、だから、〜のあとで、etc. 
2. Check your previous posts in Japanese and make corrections on errors (spelling, tense, particles, etc.) if necessary.

3. Comment on the blogs of your classmates and keep your communication going. Please include sentences in Japanese.



B: Listening/Viewing
1) Choose any listening materials in Japanese (Movies, Anime, Song, Drama, Youtube Video, Quiz Show, TV commercial, Game, Radio Program, etc.). As far as you listen to にほんご(Japanese),  any genres and/or length are fine, such as 2-hr movie and 5-min videoclip. You may listen to more than one material with or without subtitles. 

2) Fill out the googleform about your listening/viewing activities. We want to ask you to submit a form for each instance of listening material, so some of you may need to submit multiple forms (once per listening activity). Please write in えいご (English).


3) Post an entry on your blog. Feel free to copy & paste your comments on googleform from 2).

はるやすみ(Spring Break) のブログ (blog)のしゅくだい:DUE 3/20 (げつようび)

 みなさん、こんしゅうは いそがしい (busy)ですか? はる(spring) やすみの ブログの しゅくだいです。

Gather various Katakana expressions from different websites. Write your blog post about your findings in English. Are they Loan words/Onomatopoeia/Animal names, or others? 
Why are they written in Katakana?
